Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Capture My Life account and associated account data from this page.
Before You Request Deletion
Deleting an account may remove access to memories, photos, videos, voice recordings, transcripts, beneficiary invitations, share links, and generated exports. Before requesting deletion, export anything you want to keep.
Request Account Deletion
Please include:
- The email address used for your Capture My Life account.
- Your name.
- Whether you want the full account deleted or only certain data deleted.
- Any details needed to identify the account.
After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated journal data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Backup copies and system logs may take additional time to expire.
